I then install the SL 10.6.8 update and run Multibeast 3.10.1 without VoodoHDA 2.2 and the default sound drivers are gone. after booting with iBoot and installing SL, the default sound works. I've reinstalled SL again and noticed this. I'm still using 2.2 and what irritates me is that I can play my DVD movies perfectly with VLC, but my FLAC music sounds like crap on the Mac.
